Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SupaProxy Cloud ("the Service") operated by Numstack Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The Service

SupaProxy Cloud is a managed AI operations platform that routes queries to AI models through configurable workspaces, connections, and consumers. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the AI provider API keys and data sources.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content processed through your workspaces
• You must comply with your AI provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies
• You must not use the Service to process illegal content or facilitate harmful activities
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials
• You must ensure your use complies with applicable data protection laws

Our responsibilities

• We will provide the Service with reasonable uptime and performance
• We will protect your data according to our Privacy Policy
• We will notify you of material changes to these terms with 30 days notice
• We will not access your data except to provide the Service or respond to support requests

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your data. We retain rights to the SupaProxy software. The open-source server components are licensed under MIT. The cloud-specific features and dashboard are proprietary.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" during early access. We are not liable for AI model outputs, data loss due to provider outages, or costs incurred through your AI provider. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend your account for violations of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
