This policy describes how Numstack Pty Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use SupaProxy Cloud ("the Service") at supaproxy.cloud.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and hashed password
• Organisation data: workspace names, connection configurations, and consumer settings
• Usage data: query counts, token usage, and cost metrics (aggregated)
• Conversation data: messages exchanged between users and AI through your configured consumers

What we do not collect

• We do not read, train on, or share your conversation content
• We do not store your AI provider API keys in plaintext
• We do not track you across other websites
• We do not sell your data to third parties

How we use your data

• To provide the SupaProxy service and route queries to your configured AI providers
• To generate conversation analytics (sentiment, categories, compliance) using your configured AI provider
• To display usage metrics and cost tracking in your dashboard
• To send transactional emails (account verification, security alerts)

Data retention

Conversation data is retained until you delete it. Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of your data at any time
• Deletion: request complete deletion of your account and data
• Export: export your workspace data, conversations, and analytics
• Correction: update your account information from the dashboard
